I got a letter for my daughter's 11th birthday as a way to tell her we are going to Universal Studios Harry Potter World. I was worried that it will not get to US on time, so I contacted the owner. She responded almost immediately and gave me a link for a UPS upgrade that I can use to expedite it as well as tell me that she will get done and sent out in 2 days (over the weekend) instead of a week. The letter got here 2 weeks early! My daughter absolutely loved it, for a second even thought it was the real thing. The letter is beautifully made, well customized. The ticket was excellent as well. It was so well made I almost didn't want my daughter to open it and break the seal. But we got lucky and the seal detached from the envelope and she managed to open it and not break the beautiful seal. Great product and service! Thank you.
