Opzione di consegna veloce e puntuale, solo magari un consiglio sul tipo di corriere scelto: evitare assolutamente Bartolini, seppure si lascia per la consegna a domicilio il proprio numero di cellulare, come richiesto nella pratica di richiesta d' invio o ritiro, questi non lo prendono nemmeno in considerazione, in caso non vi trovino all' indirizzo da voi segnalato, preferendo di gran lunga lo scarica barile sul cliente, anziché contattarlo. Morale della storia: con questa opzione la consegna veloce e per tempo è garantita, ma a seconda del corriere e della sua incompetenza ( parlando di Bartolini, è già capitato più di una volta per esperienza personale che danneggiassero i pacchi e il loro contenuto ) o furberia, si rischia di sforare con i tempi di consegna, pertanto ripeto, evitare assolutamente Bartolini in futuro.

Very cool item! I purchased it as a gift for my Tolkien-fan brother, and he was very impressed with the quality of the map and the addition of the UV lunar runes. Shipping from Italy took a while, but the artist was very prompt about getting it out, and it got to me just when she said it would. I'm very happy and impressed.

The item itself is fantastic. Very impressive especially the UV runes. But the customer service was not. I wanted this in time for Christmas but it was late. I know it can't be helped but the seller had a "tough luck" attitude which didn't help matters.

I've ordered from this store before, and I have to say this experience far surpasses my first. Chiara was very kind and informative with my questions in regards to my custom order, and was very prompt in her responses to my numerous messages. The map looks great, and I can't wait for my closest friends to see our names, trailing around Hogwarts, where we all wish we could be.
