When my first parcel arrived, the seal was broken (it stuck with the bubble wrapper) and so I talked to Chiara regarding this. She immediately sent me the new one with Platform 9 3/4 ticket as a bonus!! :) The seal is so beautiful and in high quality! I used to buy another acceptance letter from other sellers, but the paper, the details, cutting and esp the seal aren't as good as this!! Worth the price! :D

This letter is absolute perfection. I am so so happy I bought this and surprised my daughter with the letter right on her 11th birthday! The letter arrived super fast and was so authentic! Such a great piece!
