This website is operated by Gothik Delights. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gothik Delights. Gothik Delights offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available on this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Terms and Conditions

By making an order on www.gothikdelights.com, the customer state to know and accept the following terms and conditions shown below, as well as the characteristics of each product.

The customer send an order through the order summary page, accessible from the cart, with a click on the payment/confirm button. By doing that the customer is committed to paying the agreed sum and state to be entitled to complete the transaction. (es. being on age, being the owner of the payment account and any other condition required by law)
Information about time limits for payments are available in the related paragraph below.

The customer will receive a confirmation for the order through an email sent from orders@gothikdelights.com, Gothik Delights reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason and will promptly inform the customer.

During registration, ordering or other action on the website the user is committed to follow the instructions provided and to send correct informations.
Gothik Delights is not responsible for any error or mismatching data on the customer's informations, which is compelled to promptly inform Gothik Delights for any variations.
For any problem occurred due to wrong or mismatching information the customer will be responsible for all the expenses required to solve the problem (example: New shipping due to wrong address or refused package will require a new payment for the shipping costs).

All the prices are VAT included, and may be subjected to changes without previous notice.

Products availability

Handmade custom product: "Availabile" means that materials are in stock and I am able to make it.
Handmade standard product: "Available" means that materials are in stock and I am able to make it, but sometimes they may be ready to ship.
Product not handmade: if available they are in stock and ready to ship.

Stock is frequently checked but errors may occur, if a product looks like it is available but it is not, Gothik Delights will promptly inform the customer with all the options available.

Payment for products or services is always intended as advanced, and can be made through paypal. (Italian customers have other options available)


Shipping costs varies depending on item weight and size, other than the carrier and service choosen by the customer. The final price is shown in the cart.


Time between order and delivery varies depending on many things:

  • Processing
  • Packaging
  • Shipping
Processing time is the time needed for the creation of your product, each handmade product have a different processing time which is shown in the product's page.

Packaging is the time required to pack your order and fulfill all the documents required for the shipping. For standard shipping it also include the time to stock a group of orders together, because the shipping are usually made when there is a certain number of packages, the express shipping instead include the time the courier need to pick up the package.

Shipping time is how long the package takes to arrive to the customer once shipped, and it varies depending on the shipping method choosed at the checkout. Tracking is always available except for a very few cases, and I strongly recommend to check it regularly to avoid postal deposit and undesired returns.

Exclusively for not customized items with a low order total (exaple: tickets, stickers, temporary tattoos ets) I offer the priority mail which is untracked and with a very floating shipping time, may take from 2 weeks up to 3 months. By chosing this untracked method at the checkout you agree to release Gothik Delighs from any responsibility in case of lost or stolen package.

After the cart is filled, at the bottom, is available a time range that rapresent the averange processing and packaging time, this is usually respected unless printer, or tools breakdown, in which case the customer will be promptly advised.
Shipping time instead is just an approximation and is not guaranteed, but if the tracking shows no update for long time, please contact me as soon as possible and I will enquire with the postal service.


If you need your order within a certain date please contact me (by chat or email) before placing the order, I will provide all the information and services required to get the items in time.

Returns are available for not customized items, upon the following circumstances:

  • Return must be requested within 14 days;
  • The item is sent back with a tracked shipping;
  • Item must arrive in perfect conditions, unused and resellable;
Refund for the amount of item costs will be issued as soon as the package is delivered to us, in its original conditions. Original shipping cost are not refundable, and customer is responsible for returning shipping cost.

To ask for a return you can use the form in your account, under order receipt or just reply to the email received as order confirmation.

Return not accepted from Gothik Delights, for customized items or which not respect the above mentioned conditions are not elegible for refunds.

Cancel an order

Order cancellation and reimbursement varies depending on the stage of the order:

  • "Paid": Full refund, minus stocking fee (1€).
  • "Processing" or "Completed" (order with customizations): Partial refund, equal to full shipping cost plus half of items cost.
  • "Processing" or "Completed" (standard order): Partial refund, equal to full shipping cost plus 80% of items cost.
  • "Shipped": Not elegible for cancellation, but as soon as you get the package you can ask for a return if it's not customized.
To ask for a return you can use the form in your account, under order receipt or just reply to the email received as order confirmation.

Damaged package

Extremely rare, but if a package arrive damaged and its content is ruined it is extremely important to take one or more photo as proof and send them to info@gothikdelights.com along with the identification number of your order.

You can choose to receive a full refund or a new shipping.

Lost or unclaimed package

Lost package

When the shipping is taking more of the previously mentioned timing (read "Shipping cost and timing" paragraph) or the tracking is not updated for a long time please contact the support providing your order number, Gothik Delights will work out the best solution available!
If a claim with the postal service is required it will be filed immediatly, then we have to wait for their reply, which may takes up to 40 days. Usually packages show up after a claim, but if the loss is confirmed the customer will receive a full refund, or a new shipping.

Unclaimed package

The shipping with tracking requires a signature on delivery, if you are not at home at delivery you will receive a card that notice you the failed attemp and you will have to pick it up at the nearest postal wareahouse.
If the package is not picked up within a certain amount of time it will be send back to me. Time range for postal deposit is 30 days usually, but it may be different for your country, so be sure to check with your postal service to know their timing.
As soon as the package will arrive I will notice you by email and then we can proceed accordingly to the product type:

  • NOT customized item

    You immediatly receive a refund for the amount of the products and you can place a new order to have a new shipping.
  • Customized item

    Because of their uniqueness they are not elegible for a refund, so a new shipping must be paid in order to get the item shipped again.
Please note that the first shipping cost is not refundable for returning package due to problem not caused by Gothik Delights, so it is strongly recommend to follow the tracking of your package constantly to avoid any delivery problem.

ATTENTION: For Express courier there may be additional fees due to returning package and deposit. Those fees are buyer responsibility and they must be paid in order to get the new shipping.

Typo in final product

"Errare humanum est", if a typo caused by Gothik Delights occur in your customization contact the support as soon as possibile to receive a replacement or a full refund, return is not required.

Please remember that Gothik Delights do not apply spellcheck to the text provided for customization, if the typo is made by the customer it will require a new order to fixed it.
